Staff was great room was good. Bathroom tube needed some caulking touch up and the floor tile had a crack. Breakfast was good. Had sausage, biscuits and gravy (was pretty salty), eggs, waffles, coffee, and your normal continental breakfast items.

I was on the ground floor and could hear every step in the room above including the floor and ceiling creaking with every step. I do not normally complain, but when you guys give a property a “good” rating and that doesn’t match the experience at all, that’s concerning.
